CHIEF TECHNICAL ADVISOR
Environment Programme, Environment Division
International: Post level:L-5, based in Vientiane, Lao PDR
The MRC Environment Programme works to support cooperation among the Member Country governments to secure a balance between economic development and ecological protection. The objective of the Environment Progamme 2011-2015: “Basin management and development in the Lower Mekong Basin is guided by up to date environmental and social knowledge and efficient environmental management cooperation mechanisms”. The Chief Technical Advisor will assist and provide guidance on the coordination and implementation of activities of the Environment Programme, especially technical guidance, work planning, training etc.
