Position Summary:BroadReach is currently seeking Junior Technical Experts interested in BroadReach’s submission for a USAID-funded proposal bid in Asia
Technical areas may include, but are not limited to:
- Family Planning/Reproductive Health

- Child Health and Survival (Nutrition, Immunization Services, etc.)
- HIV/AIDS (BC, OVC, C&T, ART, PMTCT, Treatment, Care, Support, Surveillance, QI, Palliative Care, etc.)
- Infectious Disease (Environmental Health, Hygiene, Malaria, Tuberculosis, Anti-Microbial Resistance, etc.)
- Research (Applied, Biomedical, Operations, Qualitative, Ethnographic, Social Marketing, Behavioral, etc.)
- Health Systems (BCC, Community Mobilization, Healthcare Financing, HMIS, Supply Chain Mgmt., etc.)
- Gender

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities are variable and project dependent and may include:
- Contribute to or lead the development and implementation of global health programs, projects, and services in developing countries
- Design and/or implement innovative and scalable solutions to address pressing public health needs
- Provide oversight and leadership on technical areas outlined above
- Develop innovative toolkits and operating procedures and implement methodologies
- Prepare written reports, strategy documents, presentations, models, analyses, and recommendations
- Liaise and manage relationships with clients/donors, government officials, and public and private sector organizations
- Lead assessments, trainings, and workshops for in-country audiences
Basic Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Epidemiology, Gender, Pediatric Health, International Development or other relevant field; medical or nursing degree highly desired
- At least 3 years of experience developing and implementing country health programs
- 3 years working in a developing country context
- Experience working on USAID, PEPFAR, and/or other donor-funded projects or programs
- Strong technical knowledge
- History of successful leadership initiatives with demonstrated managerial skills
- Must demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills in English
- Consistent ability to meet deadlines and remain focused
- Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience
