Position Summary:
BroadReach is currently seeking Senior Technical Experts interested in long or short term positions on an upcoming CDC-funded program in Nigeria.

- Treatment: Antiretroviral Drugs and Antiretroviral Services
- Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Logistics Management and Information Systems (LMIS)
- Laboratory Infrastructure and Services
- Training
- Strategic Information
- Health System Strengthening and Human Resources for Health
- Clinical Quality Improvement (CQI)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight of leadership on technical areas related to HIV/AIDS TB, and other infectious diseases
- Integrate HIV/AIDS activities into wider health systems strengthening and strategic objectives
- Prepare and implement national, district, zonal and facility guidelines on community mobilization, HIV/AIDS prevention and institutional capacity building
- Develop innovative toolkits and operating procedures and implement methodologies
- Prepare written reports, strategy documents, presentations, models, analyses, and recommendations
- Liaise and manage relationships with clients/donors, government officials, and public and private sector organizations
- Lead assessments, trainings, and workshops for in-country audiences
Basic Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Epidemiology, Gender, Pediatric Health, International Development or other relevant field; a medical or nursing degree is highly desired
- 8+ years experience working in global public health
- Experience working on CDC, PEPFAR, and/or other donor-funded projects or programs
- High degree of self-motivation and resourcefulness
- Strong content or technical knowledge
- History of successful leadership initiatives with demonstrated managerial skills
- Must demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills in English
- Consistent ability to meet deadlines and remain focused
- Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience
- Nigerian national or extensive experience in Nigeria
