An experienced senior recruitment consultant / principal consultant is urgently required to join our professional team and meet an increase in the demand for our recruitment services.
The Researcher will assist provide assistance and support to the Consultants in a diverse range of executive search assignments in Hong Kong and the PRC. The appointee will support the professional team in compiling lists of target companies in relevant industry sectors, conducting in-depth industry and company research to identify and source executives in a range of functional areas and across diverse industry sectors and undertaking preliminary screening and assessment of candidates.
Candidates should possess a business-related degree with a track record ideally within a search/recruitment environment or in a research or marketing-oriented role gained in market research firms or information service providers. An excellent general knowledge of commerce and industry, the ability to think laterally and a strong determination to succeed are essential attributes.
The role requires candidates with outstanding communication skills in English and Chinese, and the credibility and professionalism to effectively liaise with executives across all industry sectors. A high level of enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in a people-oriented business is critical to succeed in this challenging role within a highly stable environment.
